At Umbra Resort SPA our priority is to ensure the safety and health of our customers and team.
We adopt a prevention and safety protocol to protect our customers and staff according to recent regulations in order to ensure a stay as safe as possible.
As per national protocol, our guests will be measured the temperature upon arrival, safety distances are ensured thanks to the spaces available for the solarium and for the outdoor breakfast area. All areas are equipped with sanitizing gel.
All the areas of the resort are sanitized daily with disinfectant products certified for sanitation against Covid19
Our staff will always wear the mask.
All guests are required to wear a mask in the common areas.
